I ordered memorial decals with expedited shipping. I was concerned about placing an urgent order and getting delivery in time for a jamboree, so I called to explain my situation. Sue was very helpful and I ended up receiving my order a day early. The decals were perfect and they will be worn with pride.
I honestly can't think of anyway to improve the customer service that I received. I had a vision and reached out for help. The response was fast and accurate. I went ahead and submitted my vision/order. The proof came back within 24 hours as promised. I approved the art and within another 24 hours, I received notification that the order was in the mail.Pretty straight forward. It was so easy, I won't wait so long to order. I will definitely be ordering from this site again!Update: I received my order in the mail just an hour ago, more than 24 hours earlier than quoted by FedEx. I was hesitant to order in the first place because my awareness ribbon isn't very common. I am a volunteer trail builder, natural habitat restorer, and sawyer working in the best office in the world - the Colorado Rocky Mountains. I sent in my friends drawing and the artist made his own design of it which came out AMAZING. SO much better than I expected it to be. Now my family has great quality stickers that (I can tell) will last for a long time to remember my brother who passed away. Thank you guys so much! Literally so happy with how they came out. I got the glossy 4 x 4" and they were the perfect size. The team responded so quickly and I was able to get the stickers in time for a family bbq the same week. Really great experience. Uploading the logo was super simple, the turnaround was very fast (3-4 days from order to receiving items), and the quality is excellent. There is a reason these guys have 5 stars, everything was perfect and easy from start to finish. I had a great experience with Award Decals. Initially we ordered the wrong size decals for our youth football team and our first game was fast approaching when they arrived. So we had to place another order the day before. They arrived the very next morning and were a perfect fit! Customer service was very responsive/helpful during the whole process! Phenomenal job. I'm an army officer who needed some decals of our unit to make a helmet as a going away gift. Each and every one of the people at Award Decals was incredibly helpful. I only needed a few sets and didn't have my own logos (had to use google). After getting squared away with the quote, Brock made some examples for me which were perfect, then sent them to me. Ordered team logo decals for a youth hockey travel team. Sue and Brock were wonderful to work with! Some general samples were mailed out in a timely fashion, in order to see/feel some of the offerings available. Quick response to any email questions, etc....And then once artwork was sent over, both the proof turnaround time and delivery time was phenomenal! The decals looked great!
