Appearance

The Lord of the Declension is adequately small in size compared to other Body of water Kings.^[5] However, he is withal large plenty to consume a grown human being whole.

His advent is similar to a large oversized brownish eel with red eyes and blueish fins. These eyes become bloodshot and the pupils plow catlike when it goes into a berserk frenzy.

Personality

The Lord of the Coast is very aggressive and fierce in nature. In the beast classification, he's considered even more than savage than a typical Sea King.^[four] Yet, he still possesses enough survival instinct to fear displays of power such as Shanks' angry glare.

Abilities and Powers

Being a Bounding main Male monarch, the Lord of the Coast is naturally a very roughshod and dangerous predator, likewise every bit a powerful swimmer. His will is weak plenty to be affected by Shanks' Haoshoku Haki, having been intimidated by him.

Anime and Manga Differences
